If you need to return your benrousa.com order, we're here to help. You have 15 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.
In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@benrous.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Domestic Returns
To return and item, please email us at consumerorders@macgroupus.com and include your order number.
International Returns
Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
